Your guarantee of quality

'The National Register of Petcare Professionals

Everyone needs to know that their pet is getting the best possible care from those professionals we trust to look after them.  Whether they are a boarding kennel, pet sitter, dog trainer or behaviourist, dog walker, groomer or pet shop employee, their qualifications and experience are important to us. And because so many so called 'professionals ' are not formally qualified the Animal Care College* created this Register where you can be assured that those listed  have an externally, recognised accredited qualification so are knowledgable and have experience. They can be relied upon to provide a quality service directly to you or on behalf of their employer.

Membership of the Register is only open to those professionally involved with caring for pets so pet owners can have confidence in their services. The Accredited Pet Care Professional badge and certificate, whether held by a veterinary receptionist, dog groomer, dog walker, pet bereavement counsellor, dog or cat breeders, dog training or canine behaviour modification counsellor or the employee or manager of your local pet store or kennel will be your guarantee of service and professionalism.
